Nursing Position
We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our Hill House team. A perfect fit for someone who is looking for a more relaxed atmosphere and slower pace. The position is part-time with very flexible hours. Responsibilities include care planning, medication management/working with pharmacies, and on-call coverage. Hours per week will vary depending on the census. Currently 4 hours a week is needed to stay on top of the documentation. Once the census goes up to 16, the hours will double to 8/week approximately, plus being on call every other week. The on-call schedule is yet to be determined and will be worked out with our current full-time RN. We pay competitive wages. Care Providers
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). This includes bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual care plan.
Use Positive Approach to Care (PAC) skills to deliver care. More information at www.teepasnow.com (specialized training will be given).
Custodial duties include the responsibility of maintaining cleanliness of building and grounds. Examples include taking out trash, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping, etc.
Kitchen duties include food prep, serving and cleanup.
Requires Common Sense defined as good sense and sound judgment in practical matters.
Requires the task of putting the needs of residents before your own.
