The Hill House Living name was derived from the family behind it, the Hill family, who has built living accommodations and farmed on the Palouse for generations. Based out of Moscow, Idaho, our memory care facility’s team of compassionate caregivers is here for you and your family, and we know you’ll love our beautiful, comfortable residence. We provide farm-fresh meals, social activities, salon services, and all the little luxuries your loved one needs to feel at home.

We set out to create a community that is warm, inviting, and engaging for our local seniors. Here at Hill House, we’re known for our close-knit family feel, cozy farmhouse atmosphere, and true respect for each of our residents. Our Story
“I’ve always been akin to the elderly, soaking up their wisdom, life experiences, and stories about the good ole days. When my father’s health began to decline in his early nineties, our family searched high and low for the right community to take care of him as he had always taken care of us. I wanted what anyone wants for their loved one – a place where he could feel safe, loved and respected. A place where he is known, where he would be treated as family and even be served his favorite breakfast, hot tea and a bowl of porridge with fresh peaches. My search for this dream community evolved into a personal quest, and I took it upon myself to create what didn’t yet exist in our town. While it didn’t come to fruition during my father’s lifetime, I believe it would do him great honor to see the doors opening on our dream community, Hill House Memory Care, this coming year in our hometown of Moscow, the very place this farm girl was born and raised.”

We’re proud to offer specialized care plans for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other forms of cognitive decline. The staff at our memory care facility in Moscow deeply understands the challenges that come with these conditions, and we’ve developed comprehensive programs for memory care to enhance daily function and personal purpose. Daily Life at Hill House
The staff at Hill House is here to tend to your loved one’s every need, no matter their current abilities. They’ll receive nutritious, home-cooked meals, exercise programs, salon and hygiene care, help with mobility, dressing, bathing, and medication reminders. Plus, they’ll enjoy a cozy and engaging atmosphere with social activities, therapy dog visits, and more.

When I look back over the year, I wanted to let you know that I am extremely grateful for the care that you give to my uncle. We went from a potential crisis with him in his home, to finding a supportive living environment in which he is shown care and love everyday. You can feel the love and compassion when you walk in the front door.
I was going down to his house after work every day to make sure that he had dinner in front of him, along with fielding calls from concerned neighbors and spending my free time worrying about what trouble he is getting into, to be able to go through a week without any worries or concerns. This was such a burden lifted! The care you provide to him, not only helps him with his health, but in addition, it nurtures the health of the extended family.
